The nooks and crannies of the deep backstage.
I love to watch the lights flash. Hear
The keys plunk.
The trumpet blow.
The Opera Man sing.
My life could be spent in performance.
Sometimes, I feel my life already is
One Big Performance.
As I search to find the Me-est me
Mystified in smoke.
A whirlwind of shapes, colors, and ideas
All coming to fruition to celebrate
Art.
A work of art too precious to be missed.
