This Playlist is a compilation of songs from the early 2000s. These are 45 of my favorite hits when I was younger. These songs definitely bring back some intense feelings of nostalgia and I am sure they will for all you other 90s kids out there. These are songs that I would definitely jam out to with my friends at my 8th grade parties/dances or listen to on my very first iPod. Some of these artists have for sure fallen out of the spotlight, but these songs will stay hits for a very long time. So, sit back, pop in those headphones, and take a quick, musical trip back to the early 2000s.

Now that you have finished listening to the playlist and are back in the year 2018, I bet you are reflecting on various memories associated with some of the songs you just heard. For me, these songs remind me of blasting the radio and jumping on my bed with my sister or going to our grade school dances every Friday night and hanging with friends. Now, in the year 2018, I listen to these songs and I reminisce on the good times back when I was younger and life was easier. I listen to these songs and think about what the ‘throwback’ songs will be in 20 or so years. Time flies, but I am thankful that songs like these early 2000 hits stay golden and move with us as the years go by.
